Delivery Schedule Freight charges will vary depending on the piece. We will typically use UPS for smaller items. For large commissioned pieces we will use a Common Carrier. All shipping and handling costs will be detailed in your proposal with notation of any additional costs for special packaging. Claims for delays or damages occurring during transit or unloading In the event that your order needs to be cancelled please contact us immediately by calling us at 877-257-0001. We will ask you to follow up with your request for cancellation with an email to sales@ogifurniture.com. For stock item purchases that haven’t shipped we will simply process a refund. For shipped items we will refund you less shipping costs once the item is returned. We cannot honor cancellation for commissioned pieces already in production. Back to Top Warranty Our custom furniture carries a one year product failure warranty from the date of arrival. This warranty assumes use for which the item is intended and does not cover average wear and tear. Note wood is a natural material and is subject to expansion and contraction as well as color variations all of which is entirely normal. Back to Top Bringing Your Piece Home Some of our pieces are quite large. Please make sure before you purchase or commission us to build that the item will actually fit in your home or office. Keep in mind that this means the item can fit through doors, up stairs, around corners, into elevators or past any other obstacle that might be in the way. Back to Top
